What’s the purpose of using haptapt?
Tear down silos within minutes by entering employee info along with expertise, knowledge, deliverables, and general interests so each person is easily discoverable when a colleague needs to learn something, fast.
How are people found in your platform?
In haptapt, employees can volunteer info about themselves that they want to be discovered such as experience, specialties, personal hobbies, interests outside of work, and more. Then, colleagues can find them using keywords (or tapt tags) based on matches. Names will then appear, and you can choose who you wish to tap.
Does haptapt become annoying for the people being tapped?
No, each user will have a cap on how many times they can be tapped each month. This way, it protects their time and bandwidth, while still providing value and connection beyond their regular day to day.
Do you limit how many people in my organization can use haptapt?
No, and we understand that you may grow so we offer transparent tiered pricing based on number of users.
What kind of companies are ideal for haptapt?

No, but we believe haptapt is great for midsize to large organizations, and/or remote/hybrid when employees don’t know the full extent of who they work with. However, some of our customers with smaller teams use it for resource management to assemble
the best teams based on
detailed profiles.
What does haptapt do that Slack, Asana, and other collaboration tools don’t?
haptapt helps people quickly and easily find relevant coworkers. We don’t believe chat tools should interrupt work, or be a graveyard of tasks or questions. Our system shows relevant peers to searchers via the tags they voluntarily attach to themselves.
Can I use haptapt to find people outside of my company or organization?
As of today, no. We may include freelance directories. Let us know what you would like to see.
